How do I get access to Physique Method?+

Download Physique Method from the App Store, create your account, and choose the plan that fits your goal. If you need help with access, email support with your account email.

I cannot sign in. What should I do?+

Check that you are using the same email you registered with, then request a fresh sign-in link. If it still fails, email support with your account email.

Can I change my training goal or experience level?+

Yes. If the option is not available inside the app yet, send support the details you want changed and we will help update your profile.

How do I report a bug?+

Email support with the page you were on, what you expected, what happened instead, your device model, and screenshots or screen recordings if available.

How do I request account or data deletion?+

Email support from the address linked to your account and ask for account deletion. We will confirm the request and process it according to applicable privacy requirements.
